BISE Lahore is entitled with the responsibility of conducting matric and inter exams for the students of cities of Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. At the time of creation of BISE Lahore in 1954, the Lahore board used to conduct inter and matric exams for a vast area which almost covered the whole of pakistan except karachi.
The recent and upcoming
result of inter 2011 is scheduled to be announced on 10 september 2011 by the lahore board. The result was previously thought to be announced on 25 august but later confirmed to be announced on 10 sep. The result will be published in the printed gazette as well as online on the BISE Lahore website. This year, the result of inter part 1 and inter part 2 are supposed to be announced on the same date.
Every years, hundreds of thousands of student take intermediate exams which are normally held at the start of the year and result is mostly announced in August or september. Soon after the inter result annoucements, the admission process of 3rd year start. This year. the admissions are already late due to delayed inter result of 2011 from Lahore board and other boards of punjab province.
There are total eight boards of intermediate and secondary education in Punjab including
Lahore board and all of them are expected to announce the inter result 2011 on the same date.
